These terms cover the request form on this site and the free outline we prepare in reply. If you decide to go ahead, a short written agreement covers the work itself.

Who we are

PENTA Pearls is a Pent-AI-Efficient service. You can reach us at [email protected].

What you send us

When you send a talk, a link or a request, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us and to let us use it as these terms describe.

We and the service providers we work with process what you send, using a range of software, including AI-assisted tools, only to prepare our reply and, if you go ahead, to make your videos. A list of those service providers is available on written request.

Which requests we take on

We review every request. We may accept or decline any request or project at our sole discretion, without giving a reason.

Confidentiality

What you send stays confidential. We never publish it, and we share it only with the service providers who help us prepare our reply and make your videos. Finished videos appear in our portfolio only with your written permission, and we never post to your channels without your written permission.

The free outline

Your outline is free, and there is no obligation. If you would like to go ahead, we send a short agreement with the price for your series. Episode 1 is your first paid step, and you see it finished before you decide on the rest.

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Questions are welcome at [email protected]. Our privacy page explains what we keep and for how long.
