The short version: we collect only what you type into the request form, we use it only to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to make your videos, and we never sell it or publish it.

No cookies or trackers

Our pages set no cookies and run no advertising or third-party trackers. The only thing we measure is how often each video is played, counted anonymously, as described below.

The videos on this page play from our own site, with no third-party player and no cookies. The "Watch on YouTube" links open YouTube, where YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

When you play a video, we count the play anonymously: no cookies, nothing that identifies you. To avoid counting the same person twice in a day we use a code that changes every day and is deleted within two days.

When you start filling in the request form, a bot check from our hosting provider loads to keep automated spam out.

What we collect

• What you type into the form: the kind of request, your name, your email, your organisation or website if you give it, the link, and your note.
• For abuse protection: a salted hash of your IP address (a one-way code we cannot turn back into the address) and your browser's user-agent string.

Why

To prepare our reply, such as your free outline, and, if you go ahead, to make your videos. The IP hash and user agent are used only to spot and limit abuse of the form.

Who receives it

Our hosting provider (which stores your request), our email provider (which delivers it to us) and, where needed to prepare your outline or make your videos, the production service providers we work with. We and these providers use a range of software, including AI-assisted tools, only for those purposes. A list of providers is available on written request.

Confidentiality

What you send stays confidential. It is never published or shared beyond those providers, and finished videos appear in our portfolio only with your written permission.

How long we keep it

We keep a request only as long as we need it to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence, and we delete it whenever you ask.

Your rights and your confirmation

By sending a request, you confirm that you have the right to share what you send. You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you sent at any time by writing to [email protected].
